Check-In

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check-in. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened to allow the service provider to be on time for his/her next client.

Reservation Policy

Our salon team is in great demand, so we recommend you schedule your appointments in advance to receive your preferred date and time. We ask that you be respectful of the stylist’s time by honoring your commitment to be here. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour notice cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged the full amount. You may be asked for a credit card to be put on file when your appointment is scheduled.Β 

Refunds

There will be no refunds on services provided. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your service and need a little adjustment, we are happy to schedule another appointment with the same service provider to correct the matter. Notice must be given to Wild Olive Salon within 72 hours of the appointment, and the work must be completed within seven days of your original service date.

If the same service is performed, the service will be complimentary. However, if you would prefer to see a more senior stylist to correct the original service, you will be obligated to pay for the difference of service level prices.

Prices & Length of Service May be Subject to Change

In certain instances, our prices may change. If you are concerned about the price, please confirm prices with your stylist. However, they will go over all prices and estimated length of time during the consultation.
