Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may result in a shortened or canceled appointment to keep schedules on time.
Reservation Policy
Appointments are in high demand, so we recommend booking in advance. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged in full. Some services may require a credit card deposit, which will be applied toward your service and deducted from your total at checkout.
Refunds
No refunds on services. Adjustments can be scheduled within 72 hours of your appointment and completed within 7 days. Adjustments with a higher-level stylist may incur additional charges. Major color changes may require multiple sessions and are not covered under the adjustment policy.
Product Returns
Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days. Styling tools and makeup are final sale, with warranties handled by the manufacturer.

Gratuities
Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated. Preferred methods are Cash App, Venmo, or cash, but they can also be added to your bill if needed.

Salon Guests & Children
To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that children and visitors only accompany you if they are scheduled for services. Thank you for understanding!
