We suggest you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check-in. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened to allow the service provider to be on time for his/her next client.
Our salon team is in great demand, so we recommend you schedule your appointments in advance to receive your preferred date and time. As a courtesy to our guests and technicians, appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance or you may be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. You may be asked for a credit card deposit that will go towards your service at time of check out on chemical or multiple services.
There will be no refunds on services provided. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your service and need a little adjustment, we are happy to schedule another appointment with the same service provider to correct the matter. Notice must be given to Wild Olive Salon within 72 hours of the appointment, and the work must be completed within seven days of your original service date.
If the same service is performed, the service will be complimentary. However, if you would prefer to see a more senior stylist to correct the original service, you will be obligated to pay for the difference of service level prices.
Your satisfaction is our highest concern. Therefore, you may exchange any product or receive store credit for products only, within 30 days of the original purchase. Styling tools and makeup are final sale, warranty by manufacturer.
Prices & Length of Service May be Subject to Change
In certain instances, our prices may change. If you are concerned about the price, please confirm prices with your stylist. However, they will go over all prices and estimated length of time during the consultation.
Rates do not include gratuity. As always, gratuity is greatly appreciated. Gratuity can be added to your bill via credit card, or given in cash.
